Duluth Neighborhoods Social Media Map

As a first time home buyer in Duluth, Minnesota I had a hard time learning the neighborhoods that our realtor was referring to. The only neighborhoods map I could find was very hard to read. Since I am learning the ArcGIS platform for work, I decided to make an interactive neighborhoods map as an exercise. I chose to include the option of overlaying various social media posts onto the map as a way for viewers to learn a little bit more about each area.
